CMLMC Mini Monkeys BADM Wobbleland Playdate

Hi all -

Let's schedule our next Corte Madera Larkspur Mother's Club Mini Monkeys Playgroup meet up this Saturday morning to check out the Bay Area Discovery Museum's new exhibit "Wobbleland." BADM’s new traveling exhibit encourages children ages 0-4 and their families to play with their food! Set sail on a watermelon boat or play on an avocado teeter-totter in this exhibit designed for our littlest visitors in mind. Each colorful sculpture was designed by California artist, Marisol Rendón in collaboration with The New Children's Museum. BADM’s new traveling exhibit encourages children and their families to play with their food! Our traveling exhibit space has transformed into an oversized kitchen sink, where babies and toddlers can crawl, climb, and play on plush sculptures of favorite foods.

Children set sail on a watermelon boat or crawl through a giant cheese slice in this exhibit designed for our littlest visitors in mind. Each colorful sculpture was designed by California artist, Marisol Rendón. Sculptures include:

• Avocado Teeter-Totter
• Cantaloupe Slice Rocker
• Watermelon Boat
• Crawl-Through Cheese Slice
• Giant Faucet, Run-Through Running “Water”
• Tomato Stacking Game
• And More!

Wobbleland is free for members or included in the price of admission.
Online tickets are $1/off per ticket.

• Where: Bay Area Discovery Museum (meet in lobby by gift store windows)
• Who: All are welcome (Mom's, Dad's, Caregivers, siblings)

• Food Situation: They have a cafe or you can bring your own food and enjoy it at the picnic tables
• Allows strollers: YES!
• What else to do there?! Tot Spot area for Toddlers (art, indoor playground, tunnels and more)

• Highly recommend a change of clothes because the art area can get messy and wet!
